Quality Affordable Housing

Tubman organizers work with communities in Section 8 HUD multi-family housing to ensure they have quality affordable housing and services. 

Over the course of a year United Tenant Council of Councils has successfully gained new/upgraded elevators in all of the buildings they represent, 24/7 security, an open community room in the Steven's buildings, increased police patrol of their buildings, upgraded community rooms, and bed bug treatments in their units.
